1. Before using the automatic Darkening MIG welding mask, carefully read the user manual.
2. When using for the first time, peel off the protective film before and after the mask lens.
3. Adjust the headband based on individual head shape and comfort:
a) Rotate the adjustment button located on the back of the head strap. The method is to press the adjustment knob inward by hand and rotate it counterclockwise to increase the size of the headband, while rotating it clockwise to reduce the size of the headband.
b) The headband located at the top of the headband has a size adjustment hole. You can adjust the positioning hole according to your own head shape to adjust the position of the argon arc welding mask worn on the top and bottom of the head.
c) There are rectangular head clamp adjustment holes on both sides of the argon arc welding mask, which can adjust the front and rear orientation of the mask and head clamp; If you cannot reach the ideal state you want, you can also adjust the three head band positioning holes on the right side of the mask. The forward adjustment is to shorten the distance between the mask and the nose, and vice versa.
4. After leaving the factory, the lithium battery of this product has been installed, and the company has adjusted and tested the product, and it can be used normally.
5. During welding operations, adjust the shading number knob according to the welding current and welding method to select the appropriate shading number. Please refer to the manual or product sample for details.
6. Maintenance:
a) After stopping welding operations, do not place the argon arc welding mask under strong light, as this will put the mask in working condition.
b) When there is dirt on the lens glass during use, the correct way to handle it is to use a tissue or clean cotton cloth dipped in an appropriate amount of detergent to wipe the frame box until the stains are removed. Do not pour the detergent directly onto the frame box to wipe it, and do not use highly corrosive chemicals to wipe it.
c) Do not immerse the lens holder (ADF) in water or other liquids.
d) The wiping medium for argon arc welding masks and headbands is neutral detergent.
e) When the PC protective film of the argon arc welding mask window is affected by welding slag and other factors, it is recommended to replace it.
f) There are sweat strips on the headband located on the forehead and should be cleaned regularly.
